I had a flu shot on 9-10. While driving on 9-14, my ears stopped up. Later left ear unstopped. Thought I had ear infection, so went to Dr on 9-18 and she said it was allergies--gave me a steroid spray. No better by 9-26 so went to ENT. Hearing test showed very little hearing in right ear. Took Prednisone for 10 days but hearing did not come back. MRI showed no acoustic neuroma. Could flu shot have caused sudden hearing loss in 64 year old woman?
