My husband fell on a his face Sunday night and develops a nasty black and blue eye that was swollen shut Monday morning. He has been icing and heating for 3 days and now just developed a fever tonight. He was in a boating accident over the Summer and had a concussion. Could this fever be a sign of a head injury?
fever following head injury is not uncommon.it may be due to inflammation or infection. it would be better if you take him to any nearby hospital and take opinion from any neurosurgeon.
