Hi,

The report that you have shared is suggesting presence of a small intramural fibroid. It is less than 1 cm, there should be no problem in getting pregnant and continuing the pregnancy with it.

It should not cause any complications with this size. However, it's growth should be monitored during the period of pregnancy and in the puerperal period.
