General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There is a mild defect in your knee joint cavity. Generally, this kind of defect does not require surgical intervention. If you are symptomatic better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
