Can A Little Large Chest Cavity Be Causing Pains?

I went to the doctor about my left side of chest was hurting, the doctor did ekg and said everything was fine and that I had pull a muscle, gave me med for that to relax my muscle , but still she sent me to do a stress test. and that came back okay but she said it show that the left side heart is a little large and that maybe i was born like that. I take High Blood pre. pills.

I can understand your situation and problem.
No need to worry much about cardiac cause for your chest pain, because your ECG and stress test are normal.
And no need to worry for mild left sided heart enlargement as it is commonly seen in hypertensive patients.
So my advice to you is
1. Avoid extra salt intake.
2. Avoid stress and tension.
3. Control of blood pressure is must for you. So take your antihypertensive drugs regularly and do regular timely follow up with your doctor.
4. Start exercise.
