Can A Mole-like Bump On The Nose Be Removed Without Scarring?

I have a small red mole-like bump on the end of my nose. It hasn t always been there but it has been there for several years and it seems to get larger over time. It looks like a possible wart but more like a mole. Is this something that I should worry about and can it be removed without scarring?

It would be good to get it checked to make sure that it is not a skin cancer. It should be easy to get it removed with minimal scarring if it is small. Remember also that small scars fade with time and often become undetectable.
