Can A Partial Penetration Cause Pregnancy Despite Spotting?

hello mam, on 16 th june 2011 me n mah gf had sex .... it was first time for both of us it was without a condem ...... i haven't entered mah penins too deep ... just about 1/4 of it inside her ..... i think haven't released any sperms inside her ...... but her down was wet as a contraception i gave her a cipla i pill under 6 hours ........ she had a sort of period on 23rd june ...with littel amount of bleeding n clots incomparission to the normal ones ......... 26th june 2011 her periods were over ... n on the same day ...she had a pregnancy home test ... urine test !! it was negative .... today is 2nd july 2011 ..... i m very very tensed is she is pregnant ? :'( she is only 16 :'( i m scared please help me :(
