Can A Patient With Sinus Infection Undergo Cataract Surgery?

I have a sinus infection and it is still. Green every time I blow my nose . I m on a z pack . I started my anti biotic on Monday . I have a Cataract surgery scheduled for Tuesday . Will I be able to go. Forward with this ? I m also plugged in my nose I can t breath .

Yes, you can go with the surgery. In fact cataract surgery is a minor surgery done without major anesthesia. Minor infection in the sinuses or elsewhere are not contraindications to the surgery.
