Can A Person Having Heart Failure And Low Ejection Fraction Gets Better?

Can a person with heart failure with a ejection faction of between 15/20 get better and live a 5 years are longer by just taking meds and taking Dr orders and doing as your told? My age is 49 and we think a virus caused heart failure and not good heart failure treatment and heart got worse ! Drop from 45 ejection fraction to 15/20

Usage of proper medication regularly will surely improve ejection fraction,first of all we should treat the cause if heartfailure along with diuretics,b blockers,digoxin
