Can A Person That Has Been Told They Are Pre-diabetic

Can a person that has been told they are pre-diabetic by their family physician and in addition I'm seeing a kidney Doctor and having periodic blood test to check my kidney because I'm told that I have CKD and my kidney numbers should not drop to low so my GFR numbers are around 28-30 which they are calling this cronic kidney disease. Because of these two medical conditions I don't know if I could begin the Be Balanced program. I don't know what to do, but don't want to make either situation worse. Thank you
