Hi there,
Few questions before my suggestions.
- is your mother diabetic
- is your mother hypertensive
- is your mother having high cholesterol

Usually the motor problems developing due to infarction in brain tissue are irreversible, but the functionality can be improved by regular therapies.

We need to evaluate to why she had repeated infarction.

Probably it may be due to clots from heart or a diseased carotid vessels.

There are no medicines to "cure" it,but future recurrence can be avoided by treating the specific cause for her clots.

She needs echocardiogram and carotid Doppler.

Take care
