Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pinched nerve has no relation with your BP. The BP varies in times of the day and also with activity. Ideally, it should be recorded after 10 min of rest. Chest pain needs evaluation. Does it relate to your activity/exercise?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
