Can A Pregnancy Test Be Negative  after Delayed Menstruation?

hi, i have had multiple negative urine tests and a negative blood test, however i am still showing all the signs of being pregnant. what should i do? can i still be pregnant? also, i have a low white blood cell count - can this make the test negative?
