Can A Pregnancy Test Be Negative But Still Be Pregnant?

Hi, i got my period last week and also im virgin. I never had have sex . While i was on my period before the last one i get, i played with my bf. I dono if is it possible to get pregnant for me ? I scare cuz i have all the signs of pregnancy like around 5 day i dident eat anything and i dont like to at all i dont enjoy food like before. I started to hate them. In day 5 of my period i got weird pain that i never got during of my period and this pain kept till 3 days in my stomatch and it dident let me to pee. After 3 dayz my stomatch get started to make a noise and i started farting around 3 days . I scare to eat cuz of this reading and might throw up . I dono whats wrong with me . Also i took prebagcy test 2 dayz ago but was negative. I scare to go to dr and they find out something scary . Can u plz tell me whats wrong with me and what i have to do ? Thanks.
