As you had taken the morning after pill straight away after sex and also repeated 12 hours later, there is very very minimal chance of you being pregnant. The effectiveness of morning after pill is from 75-90%. The side effects of this emergency contraceptives are that after you take the morning-after pill, it's totally normal for your next period to be different from what you’re used to.
It may come earlier or later, and be heavier, lighter, or more spotty, with stomach upset, dizziness or lightheadedness, breast pain, and nausea. Thus, all your symptoms are not indicative of pregnancy but the side effects of morning after pill.

You should visit the gynecologist first. You should get the urine pregnancy test done at laboratory and get 1 ultrasonography of pelvis done to rule out pregnancy or other causes of missed period.
