Can A Pregnancy Test Be Negative But Still Have Missed Periods?

I am two to three weeks late, am breaking out, my stomach cramps at times, my lower back hurts and I have gotten sick at night and in the morning. I have taken 4 first response pregnancy test which all came out to be negative. What could be wrong with me?

Hi,

You can go for these investigations CBC, ESR, CRP, ANA, urea breath test, stool examination, LFT and RFT! If these are negative then can go for USG to rule out severity. Take Rulox before food 1hr 10 ml or 3 hour after food, Tylenol 500 mg twice (LFT checked) for 5 days then follow up!
