Can A Scar And Inflamed Skin Around Penis Be Penile Cancer?
Cut the end of my penis about 6-7 years ago... left a scar just inside the opening to my urethra... there is a white scar that doesnt heal and slightly inflamed skin around the area... it doesnt hurt but its annoying me, just want to check its not penile cancer. Used to pick at it because it made me nervous.
