hi,
thank you for providing the brief history of you.
it is sad to hear that doctor is using such language and breaking the morale of the patient. Well, you don't need to worry and listen to any negative statements. As death is not decided by a human anytime nor predicted, God is overall. If your
stress test shows even 10 clots, and god wills, than with even 20 clots you won't die. Grace to god and his mercy on all.
Now to help you further, well a thorough cardiac assessment is required for further
rehabilitation plan.
As menriiejd by you than on a stress test your cardiologist found that you have 2nd blockage by my understanding you are 65 and chances of the stress test to show this symptom is common so there is nothing to painic. If the clot is present in the major arteries than it can be helped by an initially medication. later again a retest is performed but an echo cardiogram to see the status of the heart, if it shows that heart is perfect than you many not need
angioplasty or even a bypass. but if it shows positive then we need to do further more test to check what should be the next plan.
Never get upset by just a mere test, as the test may show even the biggest abnormalities but if you don't have any clinical signs and symptoms than you may not have to worry.
With the grace of god, I will advice you to start doing slow general exercises,
meditation and breathing exercises. Also continue the current medication as along with exercises the drug absorption will be better and the effect will be longer, it may even take the clot out of that place.
Also, don't ever exert yourself with exercises to get results in just a single day. be slow and steady , with the grace of god you will live longer and may not landup in OT for any issue.
keep a constant communication with your cardiologist and keep monitoring your blood pressure. if Any symptoms arise you should Always trust your cardiologist and meet him.
In my clinical experience, meditation, general exercises and breathing exercises helps patient to maintain their blood pressure and also improve their cardio status as confirmed in stress test, echo cardiogram and stress test. if any symptoms arise, cardiologist is there to assist further.
