Can A Tear In The Frenulum During Fellatio Be Treated?

My girlfriend tore my frenulum during fellatio and it has split into two segments. I noticed after a few masturbation session that the tear reopened and i find it very problematic. What should I do to treat it and how long will it take for it to heal? Also, will i have to worry about it tearing again if i were to masturbate once it is healed or engage in intercourse?

Its better you go ahead with circumcission procedure that is removal of foreskin. Its a simple procedure done with local anesthesia.
