Can A Test Be Done On My Pre-frontal Cortex To Analyze The Chemical Problem?

Hello Doctor, I have neuro chemical imbalance. My transmitters and receptors inside my brain are not working properly. I have this problem from last 11 years. I am unable to work because of this. Is there a scan or a test that can be done of my pre-frontal cortex to see what the chemical problem inside my brain is? I have a specific point on pre-frontal cortex where I can feel the trouble is.
