Can A Test Showing Weak Tpha Can Later Turn To HIV?

Sir i have tested for hiv and vdrl hiv is negative and the vdrl is weekly reactive and then done a test of tpha it came positive...is there a treatment or i am suffering from hiv when the result is negative..or the tpha can become hiv positive in future...pls answer

Welcome to HCM.

Weakly reactive VDRL and a positive TPHA have nothing to do with HIV and no possibility of the same to become HIV in future. VDRL and TPHA positive are indicating a STD, called as Syphilis. HIV is cased by a Virus Whereas Syphilis is caused by a Spirochete, a bacteria.
Syphilis is completely curable with appropriate treatment. Consult your physician and get it cured soon.
