yes me and my girlfriend had sex a day after her period i was wearing a condom it was full when i pulled it out then i put it back in my pants and went to the batheroom and it was empty with a liquid all of my underwear and had a rip in the middle of the condom do you think i should be worried

The question over here is, whether the condom ruptured during sex or after it.
If it ruptured during sex than it counts as unprotected sexual encounter and vice versa.
I think it would be better if you get yourself tested for STD's and rather be on the safer side of things.
Screening for HIV and Syphilis (VDRL/RPR) is earliest at 1 month and then repeat testing at 3 months. Herpes can be tested earliest at 2 weeks and same holds for Hepatitis B.
Moreover if you develop any urethral discharge; burning sensation on passing urine; genital ulcers or erosions; warts or growths on genitalia you must get yourself checked with a specialist.
