Does STDs Spread Through Vaginal Secretions?

my age is 24,weight 80 kg,height 6 feet. i had sex with sex worker 3 days back. i used condom during vaginal intercourse but later i masturbated with the condom still on(condom is full of vaginal fluids now), then i took off condom and continued to masturbate with the same hand that is wet with vaginal fluids. what are my chances of being infected???

Definitely the chance is very very very negligible. But still it is there, if your partner is positive for HIV.
But don't worry. Try to get the status of her.
But my sincere advice is to always practice safe sex.

Thank you for query.Yes there are chances of STDs to spread due to contact with infected vaginal secretions.There are more chances if there are abrasions or ulcers or wounds which can make the entry of organism easy.it is ore probable as the vaginal secretions are still wet.You can get back to me for any clarifications.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist.
