Can a vaginal yeast infection cause swollen lymph nodes in your neck? This is the second time this has happened to me in the past 3 months. I m a virgin so I m pretty sure it s not HIV but I am still nervous that it could have been transmitted through kissing

It is not related to yeast infection. Possible causes like decayed tooth or throat infection must be ruled out. A short course of antibiotics can be tried empirically.
