Can Abdominal Pain And Lower Back Pain Cause Pancreatitis?
I ve been having abdominal pain and constant low back pain. After eating I have the stomach problem and gas and bloating and I can barely move and only feel comfortable lying down. Could this be a pancreas problem. I have a lot of pain all the time which seems to be from my bones and my ribs seem to hurt a lot. I had an endoscopy and there was no problem with pathology but I did find I have a very large hiatus hernia. Could I have a pancreas problem?
hello, T hank you for writing in to hcm. going by your symptoms it is unlikely to be a pancreatic cause. however the hiatal hernia needs to be treated by your surgeon to relieve you from the bloating sensation as it is because of the hiatal hernia. kindly consult a general surgeon regarding this. he might advise certain blood tests and other imaging techniques as a procedure of management of the pathology. Regarding the pain you can consult your doctor for analgesics like Diclofenac 50mg. along with this omeprazole 20mg before breakfast daily once is helpful to reduce bloating sensation. don't worry. regards., dr.riyanka
