Good Day Sir:
I wish to help you with some suggestions for your loose stools. I doubt if your abdominal exercises have caused your loose stools, but please try something for me. Try doing your ab exercises no more than every other day. Also, try to gradually introduce fiber with extra water to equal eventually about 30 g per day or about 14 g per 1,000 calories. Fiber is found in vegetables, the skin of fruits, whole grains. Loose stools can be caused by stress, sensitivity to foods/food additives or even alcohol. If your loose stools continue and my suggestions do not help, please seek your doctor's attention for further bowel testing. Yours in Good Health, Kathy J.
