Can Adenomyosis Cause Back Pain?

Hi,, I have had moderate to severe low back pain and problems walking for some time. I just had another MRI done and said : No significant lumbar disc disease. Small T2 hyperintense foci are present within the uterine junctional zone, max thickness 10 mm. Correlate with clinical symptoms referable to adenomyosis. Can adenomyosis cause back pain?
