Can Alcohol Drinking Causes Sudden Chills And Dark Circle?

I suddenly have been getting chills and the skin on my face gets super pale, and I get dark circles under my eyes when drinking alcohol. Even after one glass. I am a moderate drinker. I only prefer red wine. This has been happening for the last week. I just started my menstrual cycle. I am 5 foot 4 inches, a little overweight but not obese. 33 years old. I started juicing in last few mornings, fruit mixed with greens. Dinner has been nothing super unhealthy but not the healthiest choices. I take a B complex, milk thistle, turmeric everyday. Any ideas why the sudden chills are associated with the alcohol or is it just coincidence with the new juicing and menstrual cycle?

Alcohol drinking do not cause chill and sudden onset dark circles around eyes. It may be allergy to the alcohol preparation (like wine) in your case, which can lead to such reaction. You need to check this with other type of alcohol preparation like vodka or whisky.

Apart from that chronic alcohol use lead to vitamin deficiency, which can lead dark circles around eyes. For treatment of this quit alcohol and start multi vitamins.
