General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Allergies does not cause a fever.
The symptoms of your daughter are mos likely to be related to an ear infection.
I suggest using Tylenol to relieve the pain and the fever.
I also suggest using an eardrop for local treatment.
If the symptoms continue, you should see an ENT specialist for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
