Can Amlovas Cause Shortness Of Breath?

bp was 170/120 and was recommended amlovas at once in night. also had brochitis attack and was given deriphyllin reatrd 150, bicaryl, cefixime, panthor syrup. these medications for breathlessness that i encounter. can amlovas cause shortness in breath?

I can understand your concern.
No amlovas can not cause shortness of breath.
Amlovas is having amodipine. It is anti hypertensive drug. It will not cause shortness of breath.
Your shortness of breath is mostly due to uncontrolled bronchitis. Best treatment for bronchitis is inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Since you are not taking these inhaled treatment, your bronchitis is not fully controlled and cause you shortness of breath.
So better to consult pulmonologist and start inhaled treatment for bronchitis.
