Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been suffering from headaches (severe) for the past 2 months. The headaches wake me up or I wake up in the early morning hours. The headaches started about 2 months ago when I started working on the computer (especially at night) & turning on our oil-filled (electric) heater in our computer room that I use. Could it possibly by causing my headaches? I can only ease the pain by taking my migraine meds.
Hello, Your concern is correct. Both the electric heater and working for late at night can cause a headache. I will suggest you keep the sleep patterns regular. Also, it is suggested to drink a lot of water. Along with this, you restrict the use of heater for half an hour and also do not expose yourself to cold air all of a sudden post using the heater. Hope I have answered your query, please let me if there is anything else
