Can An Infant Be Alternatively Fed With Lactogen And Breast Milk?

Dear Doctor, My baby is 5 months 3 weeks. I am giving him breastfeed as well as Lactogen 1 I am a working woman. I give him 100 ml of lactogen three times a day. Last 3 days before I am giving him mashed rice. Can I start any alternate food for him? Suggest me please

Well come to HCM
Up to the age of 9 month the baby must not be given any staple food and better to be breast feed as long as it is possible because this keep the both child and mother healthy, hope this helps.
