Can An Inguinal Hernia Cause Delayed Ejaculation?

Can an inguinal hernia cause delayed ejaculation? I also have mild impaired fine coordination which makes learning physical actions slower. I had the hernia when I was a baby. The operation apparently cut off the link to the left testicle. It never matured. I had my first wet dream when I was 17, which I know was late. I woke up so close to wetting the bed I almost didn t make it to the bathroom. I didn t masturbate until I was in my 20 s. The first time it took nearly two hours to come. In sex it took over an hour to ejaculate and half the time I didn t come. I got erections easily.
