Can An Intercourse During Pregnancy Cause A Miscarriage?
Hi. I m currently 6 weeks pregnant and I just had a miscarriage in late august, early September, so I m worried that its gonna happen again. Anyway, I woke up this morning and my underwear were wet. I did have intercourse with my boyfriend last night. Could that have anything to do with it?
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
No, an intercourse during pregnancy doesn't cause a miscarriage. A miscarriage during early pregnancy is mostly linked to less hormone progesterone produced in body to continuing pregnancy. If you had bleeding or spotting, you are threatened to having an miscarriage. If miscarriage hasn't been taken place then hormones would be given to continue pregnancy.
You should consult a gynecologist, she would diagnose & treat accordingly
Hope this information helps Good luck
