Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

He might be having acute on chronic orchitis or infection of the testes. This is a treatable condition in most cases if the type of infection is known. The prostate may be enlarged and the median lobe is hypertrophied which is touching the urinary bladder. He may take medications to reduce the prostate size and get an opinion from the urologist. For proper bowel movements he should take diet rich in fibers and stool softeners.
