Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Firstly her haemorrhoids should be controlled. Give her plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, also Ispaghulla husk in water to prevent constipation as haemorrhoids will increase with constipation. Once haemorroids controlled, even rectal prolapse will improve, but rectal prolapse needs proper care and dressing to prevent bleeding and infection. She could be having parasite infection causing anaemia. Get her stool tested. She may be having abnormal haemoglobin, Doctor can recommend haemoglobin electrophoresis testing if necessary to treat appropriately. You need to consult Rehabilitation Centre as this will improve her quality of life, any Govt. sponsored centres will do.
