Can Antibiotics Affect Menstruation Cycles?

hi....I am 28 years old, unmarried. My last menstruation was 24th may.But again I got bleeding today , after 15days. It is the first time I had irregularity. I got an injury in my hand during last week, got stitches, used morphine and antibiotics.. Does it have effect on my menstrual cycle?
