Welcome at HCM I appreciate your health concerns What is your age? Are you diabetic? Are you taking any medicines? Is there ringing bells in ear? Is there any change in your skin colour? Any increased frequency of urine? In my opinion you should meet your doctor atleast once so that all the organic causes for the drop attacks can be ruled out. differentials include hypotension , hypoglycemia, labyrinthitis, Addison disease etc. So meet your doctor Meanwhile stay calm Regards Saad
