Can Anxiety Cause Shortness Of Breath While Talking?

My husband is having shortness of breath while talking (not often). He does not get it on exertion. He has one stent put in about 15 months ago. Went to cardiologist in Nov and was fine. His mother passed away three weeks ago. Can it be anxiety and stress?
