hi,wellcome to health care magic
well at this age and with your blood pressure and also with the data that you have given it seems that your maintaining a constantly high blood pressure. Now there is nothing to get nervous.First of all you should get your blood pressure recorded twice a day once early morning and once in the evening.Start taking low salt diet and less of oily and fatty food.If you are maintaining high BP then you should consult a medicine specialist. Some more test also need to be done before starting antihypertensives.
