Hi Latha, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
What exactly are your Symptoms? How old are you? Your report suggests thick uterine wall which suggests Adenomyosis. It is a condition in which endometrial tissue, which normally lines the uterus, is present within and grows into the muscular walls of the uterus. If you have a severe discomfort, hysterectomy is the only cure if you have finished your Family . Although it is vey painful, the condition is generally harmless. Kindly get yourself examined by a Gynecologist so that she can confirm it with physical examination and Prescribe analgesics and hormonal drugs.
To reduce cramping and pelvic pain, apply heat pads on your lower abdomen, stick to your treatment plan and go for regular follow up.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
