Hello, this is Dr.Herisa P. I saw your urinalysis and as I can see generally there are no evident problems with your urinalysis. The pus cells more than 10 are called to be abnormal while yours are 6-8, no traces of proteins and glucose, so no diabetes or kidney problems, RBC are also normal, these few epithelial cells and mucus threads in your urine may suggest a slight inflammation in the urinary tract due to these few bacteria also found in urinalysis. If you have symptoms and any signs as burning sensation during urination, pain in lower abdomen,frequent urination, then you should obtain a culture of the urine, to see which specific bacteria is causing this problem and then using the specific antibiotic therapy according to the urine culture results.
