Can Any Online Doctor Help In Understanding The Prescription?

I have read in my instructions to pick up vit. C 1,000 mg, vit E 400 IU & zinc 50 mg. take daily to promote better healing the day after surgery. Does that mean start taking them now or start taking them the day after surgery. I take over the counter probiotics should I continue them?

If you have already started taking food than you can tablet today. If you are feeling like vomiting than you can start it tomorrow. These medication has to be taken for at least a month and delaying it for one or two days does not going to make big difference.
