CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS:Multiple white lesion in buccal mucosa SPECIMEN: biopsy GROSS: Received partly skin covered tissue bits. (AE) 1-Block, 1- Slide MICROSCOPY: Section shows tissue lined by acanthocytic squamous epithelium. subepithelium show fibro adipose tissue with sparse chronic inflammatory cell infiltrate . Also seen is another fragment of hyperplastic,acanthotic squamous epithelium. IMPRESSION: Inflammatory pathology
