Can Any Online Doctor Help Me To Read My Report After A Partial Thyroidectomy?

I had a partial thyroidectomy in August 2013 due to non cancerous nodules. My levels six weeks later are as follows: T3 TOTAL 112 TSH AMD T4 FREE 1.83 T 4 FREE 1.0 SYMPTOMS ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE. COULD THIS BE HYPOTHYROID OR HYPER? I OFTEN HAVE PANIC ATTACKS AND ANXIETY. I CAN TELL WHEN MY LEVELS GO FROM DEPRESSION TO PANIC ATTACKS AND ANXIETY.

Dear Ma'm, thyroid profiles are normal , you need treatment for anxiety neurosis. repeat testing for TSH and FT4 after 6 weeks. Regards!
