Hi, i got my blood test done for hiv and report says absolute cd3 and absolute cd8 are bit above the normal range rest all is normal absolute cd3 is 2531 and absolute cd8 is 1172 is it something to be worried bout am i hiv negative or possitive

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.CD counts estimation doesn't check the presence of HIV.For the presence or diagnosis of HIV you have to get ELISA test,and if positive ,then to be confirmed by WESTERN BLOT test.Alternatively you can get PCR or RT-PCR TEST done which give quicker results.Thanks and good luck.
