g'day, I've got multi level extensive uncovertebral spurring and foraminal narrowing and severe right sided foraminal narrowing at multiple levels and mild central canal narrowing on the c4/5, I would like to know what I might expect. Dr's here said i'm dying and there's nothing they can do?

You will not die like that. Presently you take symptomatic treatment for pain. Consult ortho and neurosurgeon for evaluation of your case and plan for surgery. you will recover and will be all right.
