Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Following Results?

My dad recently had a biopsy done. This was his diagnosis: Metastatic renal cell carcinoma, hepatic parenchyma with fibrous portal expansion, hepatocellular disarray, and macrovesicular steatosis. I would just like to know what this means exactly?

Well this report means that your dad has cancer of kidney ( renal cell carcinoma ). Now the cancer cells have gone beyond kidney ( called as metastasis ) , as mentioned in the report - hepatic ( liver); they have extended into liver and the adjacent area. Treatment of cancer with metastasis becomes more difficult as we have to cover a large area of body and toxicity of the treatment also increases. Please consult your doctor for further plan of action.
