Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the hemogram is as follows:
You have hemoglobin of 13.7 gm% and hematocrit of 0.40.
The hemoglobin and hematocrit are within normal range.
The red cell indices i.e. MCV, MCH and MCHC are also within normal limits.
Red cell indices tell about the red cell sizes, red cell hemoglobinization and red cell hemoglobin concentration.
The red cell counts and leukocytes are also within normal range.
The platelet counts is also within normal range.
Thus, overall your hemogram is well within normal limits.

Thanks and take care
