Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
PCOS is a pretty common condition nowadays. The main problem with this is infertility and diabetes. First get your blood sugar test done, any abnormal report needs to control sugar levels before conception.
Now about pregnancy, many people do have kids with PCOS. The pregnancy needs to be planned and you might need the help of a gynecologist Regularizing your cycles was the first step. Next would be ovulation induction with drugs like clomid.
Healthy diet with regular exercise helpful, Weight loss helps to control sugar levels and makes cycle regular.
So see a gynecologist about that.
Hope this helps you.
Regards
